Why Shouldn't Everyone Get Real Extra Virgin Olive Oil?
It's Not What You've Been Buying
Imagine me as Morpheus from The Matrix explaining to you that there is really only one type of olive oil that you should use for consumption [and
another type to cook with] and that you have been lied to all your life? And I went on to tell you that most of what you see in your supermarket is
not really that thing (EVOO - extra virgin olive oil) and that all your life you've been bamboozled both in your wallet as well as in your mouth? If I
told you that even in some restaurants whom you swear would not do you wrong, that they have indeed been doing your wrong?
What if I told you that you have been purchasing and using primarily oil extracted from seeds [and not olives] using chemical processes and possibly contain just a little bit of extra virgin olive oil to mask its true nature?
Or that the bottle with the Italian sounding name on it is really a blend of oils -- possibly from seeds, possibly from olives -- from countries
such as Spain, Portugal, Greece, Turkey, Tunisia and/or Morocco?
Now how do you think I felt when I learned that myself?
What We Are About
Quite simply, we are about getting the real EVOO into the hands of the everyday person, and at a reasonable price.
We are about educating people to what EVOO really is, how it benefits you on in regards to your health, and how you should use it, as well as
what you should use it on.
There is no reason that you shouldn't be able to get good extra virgin olive oil nor be able to enjoy it on a daily basis!
